Alove "Honoring the Ingredients" - Director's Cut

My production company was hired to create a story that "Honors the Ingredients" of Japanese aloe vera yogurt company, Alove. The aim was to show the artistry and care the parent brand, Morinaga, takes in developing a refreshing product.

Guitarrero 4K

In Christmas of 2014 my wife and I visited Granada, Spain. We fell in love with the city and the sounds of distant guitars echoing off the white walls of the Albaicin. We stumbled across a set of performers playing guitars and singing at Mirador San Nicolas as the sun rose behind them. This moment would prompt me to return a year and a half later to film the process of Flamenco guitars being built.

Bernd Martin was kind enough to allow me to film in his workshop for a few days as they hand-crafted a few guitars.

Inside Nissan NISMO Oppama Factory

I was hired to produce and direct a series of films telling the story of the NISMO brand. This film took us to the Nissan Oppama Factory to capture vehicles on the production line- showing the human touch that goes in to making a NISMO. I have a penchant for manufacturing, so this project was very fulfilling to be a part of.

L'Arte Dell' Olio - (The Art of Oil)

In December 2015 my wife and I stayed at an agriturismo in Tuscany, Italy. Inspired by the scenery, the food and the culture- a seed was planted in my mind to one day make a film about olive oil production. Years later, I discovered Olio ROI- a family who, since 1890, has been milling olives and making oil with a special type of olive called taggiasca.

This film follows the process of olive oil production from start to finish.

The night before qualifying at Formula Drift Long Beach, team owner Stephan Papadakis rebuilt a 1,000HP 2-AR engine. I brought my cameras along and filmed the process.

Monologue from On A Mission: Atlanta Rising

This is the final monologue from an original hour-long tv show I produced for NBC Sports about Arthur Blank- the founder of Home Depot. On A Mission follows Arthur's life from his humble beginnings to buying and growing the Atlanta Falcons to be Super Bowl contenders in 2017. We also explored Arthur's commitment to giving back to the city that has given so much to him.

The show aired on NBC, NBC Sports and the NFL Network in September 2017.

INTERVALS - The 24 Hours of Nurburgring

JURY SELECTION: Jalopnik Film Festival 2015.

This film is the product of one man filming for 35 hours on a 12.9 mile course through the German Countryside.

This one is special for me... Ever since I can remember, I have wanted to visit the Nürburgring to see cars driving the Nordschleife. A little over a month ago, I got to cross that one off my bucket list. To say it was an incredible experience would be the biggest understatement. Such beautiful scenery, incredible cars and hospitable people.

A MōVI at the Nordschleife

This is a collection of clips from filming with Vaughn Gittin Jr as he attempted to drift the Nordschleife at the Nurburgring. Sadly, the weather was not on our side and we had to postpone the shoot. We still managed to capture what we could... I was tasked with operating a MōVI Pro for some dynamic shots around the track for the few hours where it wasn't super foggy, or raining. This was the result...

Hyundai Fuel Cell Speed Record

I was approached by the Public Relations Department at Hyundai Motor America to make a video about the Tucson Fuel Cell setting a land speed record. With a small crew and a few cameras, we went out there and captured the blazing fast speed of the Hyundai. :)

KFC GoCup Superbowl Commercial

This video was created for a new #HowDoYouKFC series of YouTube videos for Kentucky Fried Chicken. The client was so happy with the result that they decided to cut a 60 second spot for the Super Bowl. This aired during the AFC / NFC Playoff Games as well as during the Super Bowl.

Chevrolet Corvette Stingray Pre-Roll

This footage was captured originally as archive footage for this car. I shot this during a photo shoot for the car, so I got in whatever shots I could at the time. As it turned out, they ended up using this footage to create a spot celebrating the North American Car of The Year award. Some of this footage was also used for part of the Super Bowl Commercial entitled "Machine."

Le Mans 2014 Timelapses

1 person, 24 hours, 9,621 photos, 5 beers, 0 media credentials and this is what happens. This footage was from the 24 Hours of Le Mans 2014 at the Circuit De La Sarthe, France. It was my first time to the event and by a stroke of bad luck, my media credentials got messed up and they didn't have a vest to give me to shoot from the opportune spots on the track. This is what happens when you have a motion-controlled time lapse head in the car and 24 hours to put it to use- mind you, from behind the fence...
